Outsourced Services

Many customers ‘outsource’ projects to us. They may need help setting up their HR systems, recruiting for a staff or executive position, updating a policy – or an entire handbook, evaluating an HRIS system, developing a compensation program or conducting a workplace investigation. For these customers we serve as a valued resource on an as-needed, on-call basis.

Insourced Services

Several customers chose to “insource” our services. They retain us to become their HR department, and engage one of our HR professionals to manage their HR functions on an on-going basis, whether that’s a few hours a month, or a day or two each week. In many of these cases we work on-site, becoming familiar with your operations and your staff.
