And if you have people working remotely, you need to determine if that’s your ‘new normal’, or if they need to come back and work on-site. If so, they also want to know what to expect.
This webinar will walk though creating a return to work plan, and how to communicate that with your team. Questions you need to consider include: How soon do you expect people to return? Will you screen employees, and how frequently? Will you change hours or stagger shifts? Will you require masks and social distancing? Will you set new policies and expectations of interacting with co-workers and customers?
Even though you will be bringing back people who are already familiar with your organization, things have changed. It is important that you create a new orientation and on-boarding plan for your team. It’s a new day, and a new way of working, so let’s get it right.
